Our 4G devices will ensure ongoing safety and medical assistance, even after the 3G network closure. Customers can rest easy knowing that SureSafe is committed to providing reliable and innovative solutions to meet their safety and medical needs. Don’t delay, upgrade to a 4G device today and stay connected with your loved ones at all times.

Why is Telstra Closing It’s 3G Network?

At SureSafe, our commitment to our customers’ safety and security is our top priority, and we will continue to provide reliable and innovative solutions to meet their needs. Customers can trust us to provide the best products and services to maintain their safety, security, and peace of mind.

The reason for Telstra’s decision to shut down its 3G network is due to the global shift towards future networks. With the ever-increasing demand for faster internet speeds, enhanced connectivity, and more advanced technological features, 3G networks are no longer able to keep up with the growing demand of consumers.

The future of communication is focused on the adoption of advanced technologies that can enable users to have more seamless and streamlined experiences. As a result, Telstra’s decision to shut down its 3G network is a necessary step to stay relevant and provide customers with access to the latest and most advanced technologies in the industry.

SureSafe understands that the closure of Telstra’s 3G network can be a concern for customers using older personal alarms and medical alert devices. We believe in providing a reliable and secure solution to keep customers safe, which is why we are here to help existing customers with a 3G device upgrade to a 4G device. By upgrading to a 4G device, customers can enjoy seamless connectivity and access to advanced features, ensuring that they always have access to help in case of an emergency.

SureSafeGO Plus SOS 4G SmartWatch

Our SureSafeGO Plus SOS 4G SmartWatch is a revolutionary medical alert device that sets itself apart from other traditional personal alarm systems. Operating on Telstra’s 4G network, it allows the wearer to easily reach out and talk to their emergency response contacts from wherever they are, providing a more efficient and effective way to handle emergency situations.

With the ability to talk to response contacts directly, our SmartWatch enables faster emergency response times, ensuring that your loved one gets the care they need as soon as possible.

Stay Safe with a 4G Personal Medical Alarm

Our elderly personal medical alarms and alert devices work on the latest Telstra 4G network. This means you or a loved one can maintain the peace of mind and assurance you’ve come to enjoy from your SureSafe 3G device, with a simple upgrade to the latest network coverage.

Choose our SureSafeGO ‘Anywhere’ pendant, also wearable as a wristband or belt clip, or our SureSafeGO PLUS 4GX SmartWatch to ensure you have access to the help you need in the event of a medical emergency.

If you press the SOS on the medical alert pendant, it will activate a voice call and send its location to 5 emergency contacts via a Google Maps link. You can then talk into the pendant to provide more details of your situation.
Provides protection anywhere you have a mobile phone or 4G signal, whether you’re home or ‘out and about’. No one wants to be stuck at home or worried about leaving the safety of home. With a SureSafeGO medical alert device, you will be protected everywhere so you or your loved one can live an independent life more confidently and securely.
Many alarms on the market will only activate if the button is pressed, but the SureSafeGO has an automatic fall detector that senses a fall and activates the alarm. This is extremely useful because some falls can render victims unconscious or immobile and impair their ability to get help when they need it.
Quickly finds where the pendant is located by sending a PING request. This is an incredibly handy function for people who wander and get lost easily.
Creates a safety zone or virtual fence for better monitoring and protection. If the pendant goes outside its predetermined area, all contacts are immediately notified.
Depending on the use of the battery, our 4G devices will last approximately 2-3 days. You can change the settings to extend the battery life to over a month.
The hyper charging cradle will re-power the device to full power in about 2 hours. This simple and free-standing charging station is intuitive and easy to use, making recharging your personal alarm a breeze.
Step-by-step instructions are included with every alert device, so you can know how every feature and function works. You can also call us for free on 1300 739 991 to speak to one of our technicians if you have any questions about your device’s setup and features.
The SureSafeGO personal medical alarm is small and light, measuring just 61x42x16mm and weighing less than 40 grams – you will hardly notice you are wearing it! This small and lightweight design allows you to bring it anywhere with you easily, making it more convenient to get full monitoring and protection no matter where you go.
The SureSafeGO ‘Anywhere’ alarm is available as a pendant, wristband and belt clip. Our SureSafeGO PLUS 4GX SmartWatch is an alternative product that offers the same features but through a different wearable style. The SureSafeGO 4G products are all about independence!
