‘good value for money’

Category : News, What people are saying about SureSafe
Posted by : Personal Alarms / Posted on : 15 July 2014

Good Points: For the cost of the Alarm, it was good value for money. Bad Points: Only one problem, my mother-in-law had the fob round her neck and leant on it, setting off the alarm. Did not know what to do as it went through the dialling sequence etc. Otherwise has been fine.

SureSafe response:

Thanks for the feedback and the 5 star rating – we are delighted to have another satisfied customer. If you ever accidentally trigger the alarm then all you need to do is turn the alarm off using the switch at the side of the unit and it will stop the auto-dial process.
