This is the second one I have purchased, the first one was for my brother who has had a stroke.

The second one is for a person I look after who as broke his leg and I have to leave in the house while I go out if anything happens he just presses the button on the pendant around his neck and it rings my mobile with a message that he needs assistance.

Bad Points: no bad points it says what it does on the label simple and easy to use.
